Ben is a Partner with 17 years’ experience in transport and development planning across both the public and private sectors. He specialises in masterplanning, transport infrastructure design and assessing development impacts on the network.
He provides transport input from early design through to planning submission, overseeing strategies, assessments and technical design work. Ben also works closely with local authorities and statutory consultees, helping to navigate requirements and secure planning approvals.
His public sector background gives him a clear understanding of decision-making processes, allowing him to provide practical, informed advice that supports successful outcomes.

Tim is a Partner with over 20 years’ experience in transport planning, having started his career in the public sector before joining iTransport in 2014.
He specialises in promoting and delivering strategic residential and mixed-use developments, working closely with land promoters and national developers across the South of England. Tim is known for his ability to unlock complex sites, building strong stakeholder relationships and assembling robust evidence to support planning applications.
With a practical, client-focused approach, he helps deliver well-planned, sustainable developments that create lasting value.
Consultant
Alana is a consultant at iTransport based in the basingstoke office. Since joining as a graduate in 2024, Alana has supported projects at all stages of the planning process from initial appraisal to submission, sometimes with continued involvement as travel plan coordinator. Alana has already worked on a range of schemes, from small scale residential to strategic mixed-use sites.
Finance Manager
I have been working at iTransport for the past 19 years and started as an accounts assistant and I am currently the Finance Manager. I have over 30 years of experience in accounting. I like to think I’ve seen most things! I enjoy supporting the team, keeping things organised and making sure things run as they should whilst at the the same time being friendly and approachable.
Senior Consultant
Simon is a Senior Consultant in the Basingstoke office, joining iTransport in 2022 as a graduate. Simon has worked for the last four years on a wide range of projects, including small-scale residential schemes to major data centre applications.
Simon’s core expertise is in the preparation of Transport Statements / Transport Assessments, alongside undertaking junction capacity assessments to inform development feasibility and mitigation strategies. Simon also works closely with clients, local highway authorities and projects to provide specialist advice through the planning process.

Scott has been with iTransport for over a decade, joining in 2013 and is a key member of our highway design team.
