Through our Give As You Earn scheme, our employees and Partners make regular donations to a wide range of charities via Charities Trust, helping us maintain the Platinum Quality Mark for payroll giving. We also make an annual Christmas donation to charities nominated by our employees, in place of sending cards. Recent organisations we have supported include Andover Community Engage, Bowel Cancer UK, Stroke Association and Action for Children. Alongside this, we create opportunities for our people to engage with and support local communities, contributing over 400 hours of volunteering each year. This includes working with Hart District Council and local schools to enhance outdoor spaces and community environments, as well as supporting local events, teams and fundraising initiatives. We also support causes championed by our clients and professional partners, helping to extend our impact across the wider community.
