Stephen is an Associate Director with over 10 years’ experience in transport planning, having joined iTransport as a graduate. Based in Basingstoke, he supports projects across a wide range of sectors, from residential schemes to complex strategic developments.

He provides advice across all stages of the planning process, from early appraisal through to submission, determination and post-consent implementation. Stephen works closely with clients and local authorities, helping to navigate requirements and keep projects progressing.

Known for his proactive and collaborative approach, he supports the delivery of clear, well-evidenced transport strategies that lead to successful outcomes.
