His advice is underpinned by a strong understanding of current and emerging transport trends, policy and ‘best practice’. Active in consultation and engagement, Stephen confidently presents to clients, professional partners, local authorities, stakeholders, residents and communities. He is also experienced in successfully supporting and giving evidence at planning appeals, including public inquiries.
