Neil has a strong track record in shaping masterplans for major residential, mixed-use, research, and healthcare developments, with a particular focus on promoting sustainable travel, resolving transport challenges, and securing positive outcomes at planning appeals and examinations. His work involves regular collaboration with local authorities, Transport for London, National Highways, and other key stakeholders, providing trusted, pragmatic, and solutions-driven advice that supports successful project delivery.
