Lisa joined iTransport in March 2022 with over 12 years’ experience in business administration. She enjoys the variety that this busy role brings and is often multi-tasking many different tasks whilst keeping the team organised in this fast-paced environment. She thrives on being busy and is motivated by being able to help and support others, freeing them up to focus on what they need to do.

David is an Associate Partner with over 12 years’ experience in transport planning. Based in Basingstoke, he brings valuable insight from his previous role within a local highway authority, giving him a clear understanding of the public sector perspective.
He provides strategic advice from early site appraisal through to planning submission, preparing transport assessments and supporting projects at appeal where required. David is known for his pragmatic, commercially focused approach, helping clients navigate complexity and secure positive outcomes.
His experience spans a wide range of schemes, from smaller developments to complex, multi-use strategic sites.
Duncan is an Associate Partner with 14 years’ experience in transport planning, having joined iTransport as a graduate. Based in Basingstoke, he has worked across the South East delivering a wide range of development projects.
He provides clear, concise advice across residential, employment and specialist schemes, including film studios and leisure developments. Duncan combines strong technical knowledge with a focus on the bigger picture, ensuring strategies are both detailed and aligned with project goals.
Known for his balanced, thoughtful approach, he helps clients navigate planning challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
