Dom is a Partner with 17 years’ experience across both the public and private sector. He leads the Solent office, bringing deep local knowledge across the South Coast alongside a strong track record in unlocking complex development sites.
His experience includes senior roles within local government and industry bodies, giving him a clear understanding of how decisions are made and how to navigate them. Dom advises on projects of all scales, from small infill sites to large mixed-use developments, across residential, commercial and education sectors.

Ollie joined iTransport in 2026 as Graduate Transport Planner based in our Solent office.
Senior Consultant
Sian is a Senior Consultant with 3 years’ experience in the transport planning industry and joined iTransport as a Graduate in 2023. She is based in the Solent office and works extensively on projects across the south of England. Her work focuses on developing and delivering sustainable transport solutions, having contributed to a wide range of projects including small-scale residential developments, large residential developments and employment / mixed-use sites.
Sian supports clients by delivering highways and transport advice at every stage of the project lifecycle, including initial feasibility and access appraisals through to post-submission. She has experience in preparing various transport reports, undertaking traffic modelling, and serves as the Travel Plan Co-ordinator across several schemes.
Principal Consultant
Lucy is a Principal Consultant with 5 years’ experience in the transport planning industry, having joined iTransport as a Graduate in 2021 in the Basingstoke office. She has contributed to a wide range of projects from small residential developments to large strategic residential and employment sites across the south of England. In 2023, Lucy supported the opening of the Solent office and now works extensively across the South Coast. In 2026, she became the chair of the Solent Women in Property Committee and helps to organise and run networking events within the industry.

Lynsey is Director of People at iTransport, bringing over 20 years’ experience across professional services and construction. A Chartered MCIPD professional, she leads the people strategy across the business.
She works closely with leadership to build a strong, inclusive culture, supporting talent development and ensuring a positive employee experience. Lynsey combines strategic insight with a practical approach, helping individuals and teams perform at their best.

Mark is an Associate Director with over 20 years’ experience in transport consultancy, specialising in supporting planning applications across a range of sectors, particularly residential and care developments.
He advises clients from early-stage due diligence through to planning submission, helping shape transport strategies and evidence bases that reflect the scale and complexity of each scheme. His work spans projects from single dwellings to strategic sites of over 500 homes.
Mark is known for his detailed understanding of local transport networks and his ability to develop practical solutions that overcome site constraints. He provides clear, considered advice that helps clients move forward with confidence.
