Dayon Miller

Consultant

About

Dayon is a Consultant with a background in economics and geography, bringing a strong analytical approach to transport planning.

He supports a wide range of projects, contributing to transport assessments, travel plans and environmental statements, alongside data analysis and modelling. His work focuses on producing clear, robust evidence that aligns with policy and supports planning decisions.

Dayon has a particular interest in sustainable and active travel, helping develop strategies that make walking, cycling and public transport more viable and attractive in practice.

Jayne Meyrick

Associate Partner

Jayne is an Associate Partner with over 20 years’ experience in transport planning across the UK. She specialises in sustainable transport strategy, placemaking and the assessment of development impacts across a wide range of sectors.

She has led transport input on major regeneration schemes, bringing a clear understanding of how transport shapes successful places. Jayne is also actively involved in shaping industry best practice, co-chairing the national Fixing Transport Assessments Working Group and contributing to Active Travel England initiatives.

Known for her strategic thinking and collaborative approach, she provides clear, forward-looking advice that supports both development and wider community outcomes.

Matthew Seabrook

Consultant

About

Since graduating from university in 2021, Matt has developed experience across the transport sector including residential, retail, healthcare and employment projects. He has built strong technical skills in data analysis and junction modelling using Junctions 11 and LinSig, producing models ranging from simple priority T-junctions to complex motorway junctions.

Matt’s role involves the preparation of key technical documentation, such as Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Travel Plans, Environmental Statements and Technical Notes for both local authorities and the general public. He is capable of managing input to large, multi-disciplinary projects, working closely with stakeholders, clients, and project teams. This has strengthened his overall communication and project management skills, contributing positively to successful planning approvals and the delivery of sustainable development outcomes.

Jon Wilkinson

Associate

About

Jon is an Associate with nearly 25 years’ experience in transport planning and traffic engineering. He specialises in development planning, supporting projects across residential, retail and employment sectors.

He has delivered schemes from early feasibility through to construction, giving him a practical understanding of how developments are built and operate in practice. This allows him to provide clear, realistic advice that supports efficient delivery.

Jon combines strong technical expertise in modelling and design with a focus on cost-effective, deliverable solutions, helping clients move forward with confidence.

About

Pete is a Director in i-Transport’s Manchester office. He is a Chartered Engineer with almost 25 years’ experience of providing extensive and wide-ranging transport advice to deliver positive outcomes for private and public sector clients on major regeneration and redevelopment sites across the North. His experience covers a broad range of development projects with particular expertise in the assessment of large scale masterplans, strategic transport studies and complex urban transport projects.
