Ben is an Associate Partner with over 20 years’ experience in transport planning, working across projects from Central London to sites nationwide. He brings a broad, hands-on perspective, supporting clients through every stage of the planning process — from early feasibility through to detailed design and condition discharge.

Ben has led work across residential, commercial, leisure, health and energy sectors, preparing clear, robust transport strategies that stand up to scrutiny. His expertise spans transport assessments, travel plans, servicing strategies and highway design, alongside advising on masterplanning, access and mitigation.

Known for his practical approach, Ben helps clients navigate complex planning requirements with confidence — identifying solutions that work for both development and the wider network.

Joel Lintott

Senior Consultant

Joel is a Senior Consultant with a background in highway engineering, working across both transport planning and design. Based in London, he brings particular expertise in complex sites, including EV charging hub developments and projects involving technical constraints such as stopping up processes and land issues.

He has strong experience navigating the intricacies of London planning, alongside supporting large-scale projects across the capital and wider region.

Joel combines technical knowledge with a practical approach, helping to develop solutions that are deliverable, compliant and aligned with project objectives.

Will Fowler

Will is a Senior Consultant with over seven years’ experience in transport planning, specialising in development across Greater London and the wider UK.

He has strong knowledge of planning policy, including the London Plan, and applies this to residential and logistics schemes to support successful outcomes. More recently, he has worked on green and grey belt sites, helping maximise deliverability in line with evolving national policy.

Will combines planning insight with technical skills in highways design and modelling, providing clear, cost-effective solutions while acting as a reliable point of contact for clients.

Jack is a Consultant with experience supporting a wide range of development projects across the UK. Based in London, he works across residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes, helping guide projects through the planning process.

His experience includes preparing transport assessments and statements, undertaking junction capacity analysis, coordinating surveys and producing clear technical reports. He also acts as a Travel Plan Coordinator on sites across London and the South East.

Jack works closely with clients, design teams and local authorities to keep projects moving efficiently, bringing a practical and collaborative approach to delivery.

He has managed diverse portfolios across Greater London and the South East, including large-scale mixed-use schemes and residential developments. David is known for combining strong regional insight with clear, evidence-led strategies that help unlock challenging sites.

Melanie Dobson

Melanie Dobson is an Associate based in the London office, with over 13 years’ experience in transport planning. She began her career at i‑Transport as a Graduate Transport Planner and has progressed through the business to her current role, building a broad and well‑rounded portfolio along the way. Melanie has worked on a wide range of projects, from small‑scale residential developments to major new settlements, as well as school expansions and health facilities. Her experience spans projects across the UK, with a particular focus on London and the South East. Known for her collaborative approach, Melanie works closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver practical, well‑considered solutions to complex transport challenges.
