Her experience spans projects across the UK, with a particular focus on London and the South East. He advises clients on transport and infrastructure matters throughout the development lifecycle, from early site promotion and planning strategy through to design, delivery and completion. Ian has extensive experience supporting major planning applications and providing strategic transport advice for complex development projects across a range of sectors.

His expertise includes the preparation of Transport Assessments and transport chapters for Environmental Impact Assessments for residential, commercial, mixed-use, energy infrastructure and roadside developments. Ian is also an experienced expert witness having attended Planning Inquiries, represented clients at Local Plan Examinations in Public, and supported planning appeals through written representations.

Combining technical excellence with practical commercial insight, Ian helps clients successfully navigate the planning process and deliver sustainable development outcomes.
