About

Ian is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in both the planning and design of development infrastructure. He has experience supporting major planning applications as well as strategic advice on transport matters for sites early in the planning process. He has appeared as an expert witness to Planning Inquiries on transport planning issues, appeared at Local Plan Examination in Public and has also undertaken appeal by written representation. He has prepared Transport Assessments and transport chapters for Environmental Impact Assessments for a wide variety of projects from large residential developments, motorway service areas, energy infrastructure, government buildings and mixed-use sites. Ian undertook a number of guest lectures at University of East London on Highway Design. He has detailed experience of transport and development infrastructure from conception to completion.

Theo is a Consultant Highway Designer with over five years’ experience delivering transport and infrastructure design solutions. Based in London, he works with both developers and local authorities to produce practical, policy-compliant highway designs.

His experience spans projects from early feasibility through to detailed design, including low traffic neighbourhoods, school streets, active travel routes and junction improvements.

Theo focuses on creating clear, workable design solutions that support planning applications and improve how places function for all users.

Stephen is an experienced Chartered Transport Planning Consultant who provides practical insights and expert advice to clients and professional partners on a range of transport planning, development planning and highway infrastructure design issues. He prepares Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans to support planning applications. Stephen has a proven track record in effectively supporting the securing of Local Plan site allocations and planning consents. His experience includes close collaboration with clients, planners, architects and masterplanners to develop exciting, sustainable and deliverable high-quality schemes across the UK, covering land uses including residential, commercial, retail, leisure, healthcare and education. His advice is underpinned by a strong understanding of current and emerging transport trends, policy and ‘best practice’. Active in consultation and engagement, Stephen confidently presents to clients, professional partners, local authorities, stakeholders, residents and communities. He is also experienced in successfully supporting and giving evidence at planning appeals, including public inquiries.

Ronan is particularly focused on delivering sustainable transport solutions that prioritise walking, cycling and public transport — helping create developments that are better connected and work in practice as well as policy.

Harry is a Principal Consultant with over seven years’ experience advising on development planning projects across the UK. Based in London, he works across all sectors, with a particular focus on residential and commercial schemes in the South East.

He leads the delivery of transport inputs for planning applications, providing clear, timely advice and acting as a key point of contact for clients. Harry is known for maintaining quality across complex projects while ensuring expectations are met at every stage.

Alongside project work, he plays an active role in business development, building strong industry relationships and identifying new opportunities that support long-term growth.
