Ian has extensive experience supporting major planning applications and providing strategic transport advice for complex development projects across a range of sectors.

His expertise includes the preparation of Transport Assessments and transport chapters for Environmental Impact Assessments for residential, commercial, mixed-use, energy infrastructure and roadside developments. Ian is also an experienced expert witness having attended Planning Inquiries, represented clients at Local Plan Examinations in Public, and supported planning appeals through written representations.
