Dom is a Partner with 17 years’ experience across both the public and private sector. He leads the Solent office, bringing deep local knowledge across the South Coast alongside a strong track record in unlocking complex development sites.
His experience includes senior roles within local government and industry bodies, giving him a clear understanding of how decisions are made and how to navigate them. Dom advises on projects of all scales, from small infill sites to large mixed-use developments, across residential, commercial and education sectors.

Lynsey is Head of People at iTransport, bringing over 20 years’ experience across professional services and construction. A Chartered MCIPD professional, she leads the people strategy across the business.

Associate
Ollie is an Associate with 10 years’ experience in transport and development planning, advising clients on how to unlock land for development. Based in the Solent office, he works across residential, retail, commercial and leisure projects.
He provides transport advice across all stages of the planning process, from early feasibility through to application and condition discharge. Ollie combines strong technical expertise — including modelling and analysis — with a clear understanding of local authority requirements.
With a strong focus on Hampshire and West Sussex, he brings valuable local insight and a practical approach to delivering solutions that move projects forward.
Principal Consultant
Lucy is a Principal Consultant with 5 years’ experience in the transport planning industry, having joined iTransport as a Graduate in 2021 in the Basingstoke office. She has contributed to a wide range of projects from small residential developments to large strategic residential and employment sites across the south of England. In 2023, Lucy supported the opening of the Solent office and now works extensively across the South Coast. In 2026, she became the chair of the Solent Women in Property Committee and helps to organise and run networking events within the industry.
Lucy works closely with clients and project teams to provide highways and transport advice throughout the full project lifecycle – from initial feasibility and appraisal through to the submission and post-planning. She has experience in preparing various transport reports, undertaking traffic modelling, and acting as Travel Plan Co-ordinator for several residential developments.
