He provides GIS-based insight across a range of projects, supporting everything from digital modelling to origin-destination analysis. His work helps build clear, data-led evidence that underpins planning applications and transport strategies.

Matthew also brings valuable experience from his time as a Planning Officer, giving him a clear understanding of how local authorities assess applications. This perspective helps him shape outputs that are practical, policy-aligned and easy to interpret — supporting more confident decision-making.

Lucy is a Principal Consultant with 5 years’ experience in the transport planning industry, having joined iTransport as a Graduate in 2021 in the Basingstoke office. She has contributed to a wide range of projects from small residential developments to large strategic residential and employment sites across the south of England. In 2023, Lucy supported the opening of the Solent office and now works extensively across the South Coast. In 2026, she became the chair of the Solent Women in Property Committee and helps to organise and run networking events within the industry.

Lucy works closely with clients and project teams to provide highways and transport advice throughout the full project lifecycle – from initial feasibility and appraisal through to the submission and post-planning. She has experience in preparing various transport reports, undertaking traffic modelling, and acting as Travel Plan Co-ordinator for several residential developments.

Jason is an Associate Highway Designer with over 30 years’ experience delivering highway design solutions across the UK. Based in the Solent office, he specialises in complex engineering design, including S278 and S38 schemes, SuDS and road safety.

He has led detailed design projects for highways and residential developments, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on quality and delivery. Jason’s background as a Road Safety Auditor strengthens his ability to identify risks and develop robust, compliant solutions.

Known for his attention to detail and leadership, he supports teams in delivering efficient, well-coordinated design outputs that meet current standards and project requirements.
