Matthew is a Consultant based in the Solent office, bringing a strong analytical skillset to transport planning through his background in geospatial analysis.

He provides GIS-based insight across a range of projects, supporting everything from digital modelling to origin-destination analysis. His work helps build clear, data-led evidence that underpins planning applications and transport strategies.

Matthew also brings valuable experience from his time as a Planning Officer, giving him a clear understanding of how local authorities assess applications. This perspective helps him shape outputs that are practical, policy-aligned and easy to interpret — supporting more confident decision-making.
