Jayne is an Associate Partner with over 20 years’ experience in transport planning across the UK. She specialises in sustainable transport strategy, placemaking and the assessment of development impacts across a wide range of sectors.

She has led transport input on major regeneration schemes, bringing a clear understanding of how transport shapes successful places. Jayne is also actively involved in shaping industry best practice, co-chairing the national Fixing Transport Assessments Working Group and contributing to Active Travel England initiatives.

Known for her strategic thinking and collaborative approach, she provides clear, forward-looking advice that supports both development and wider community outcomes.

Ian is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in both the planning and design of development infrastructure. He has experience supporting major planning applications as well as strategic advice on transport matters for sites early in the planning process. He has appeared as an expert witness to Planning Inquiries on transport planning issues, appeared at Local Plan Examination in Public and has also undertaken appeal by written representation. He has prepared Transport Assessments and transport chapters for Environmental Impact Assessments for a wide variety of projects from large residential developments, motorway service areas, energy infrastructure, government buildings and mixed-use sites. Ian undertook a number of guest lectures at University of East London on Highway Design. He has detailed experience of transport and development infrastructure from conception to completion.

Chris is an Associate Transport Planner with over 17 years’ experience in development planning. Based in Basingstoke, he manages projects across a wide range of sectors, providing clear advice throughout the planning process.

His experience includes residential, logistics, data centre and education schemes, where he leads on transport assessments, feasibility work and stakeholder engagement. Chris is known for his practical, solutions-focused approach, helping to align transport strategies with project objectives.

He works closely with clients and authorities to ensure proposals are robust, deliverable and supported by clear, well-structured evidence.
